Each member of our highly trained staff is focused on a certain aspect of the villa to ensure your complete satisfaction. Villa Concierge
No matter where you travel in the world you find you always need to have someone at hand who knows the local area. In the fanciest hotels in the world they have a dedicated concierge to help guide you. Here in Villa Flor de Cabrera you also have a dedicated concierge!
If you need a massage, a tee time, some more tennis balls or whatever you find yourself needing, the villa concierge is the person to talk to. Highly trained, bi-lingual and very well in tune with the Dominican Republic. This dedicated resource is here to ensure you have a smooth, relaxing and totally enlightening vacation with us.
Executive Private Chef
Move over Iron Chef! At Villa Flor de Cabrera you will discover a gourmet kitchen seemingly designed for a five star restaurant in New York City. Captaining our gourmet kitchen is your very own executive chef, totally dedicated to preparing your meals as you like them while you are in residence. You will be amazed and delighted at the range of cuisine our chef can prepare so don’t be bashful and feel free to ask for what your heart desires.
Butler / Host
Throughout your stay with us you will be introduced to a few of the main ‘hosts’ of the villa. These young men and women are highly trained, bi-lingual ‘butlers’ who will greet you warmly each day and be there at your beck and call throughout the day and evening. If you find yourself floating in the pool with an empty drink, a quick nod will bring you a new refreshment with a thousand watt smile. They are happy to help, just ask.
Maids / Laundress
Discretely moving throughout the villa in the early part of the day while you are at breakfast, the maids will rapidly change sheets and towels in your rooms to keep them at their freshest. The maids are there daily so if you need something cleaned, just let them know and they will be happy to help get it cleaned, ironed, folded and delivered back to your room.
Our highly trained cleaning staff are honest and hardworking so you never have to worry about leaving things out. But at the same time we have outfitted each room with an in-room private safe. Not that you need it but you may want it for peace of mind.
Gardeners / Maintenance
You never know when the urge will come upon you to take a photo of our lovely manicured, tropical garden. So to make sure it is always in the absolute best shape we have dedicated gardeners who daily groom and trim the garden. Whenever you want to take that shot, the gardens will be in perfect shape for it!
Private Security
Although Villa Flor de Cabrera is located within a secure, gated community we know that your privacy is very important to you. To help ensure your privacy while at the villa we have a small privacy force to check visitors before they enter. If you have friends at a nearby villa or hotel, just tell the host to inform the security force they are allowed to enter. |
