We often hear “Why the Dominican Republic?” when describing our wonderful beachfront vacation villa. To those who know us and our mission it is clear. To those who don’t, we thought a few paragraphs might help set the context.
Villa Flor de Cabrera is owned by a charitable family trust through the PONA Foundation. The goal of our villa is to provide you with a wonderfully relaxing vacation while generating income so the PONA DR can use it to reinvest in the Dominican Republic through its people. One hundred percent (100%) of the profits from Villa Flor de Cabrera are fully dedicated to the charitable giving and education sponsored by PONA DR.
