Food and beverage plans
Flor de Cabrera wants to help you customize a food and beverage plan that will work for your budget, needs, and desires.
You can have local, fresh fare prepared in healthy yet delicious ways or choose more rich imported foods that will impress even the most fussy foodie. Our world-esteemed chef will work with you and your guests directly.
The program considers the number of guests you are feeding, your menu choices, bar and beverage plan options, snacks, desserts, and specialty items for your special occasion including fun days at the beach, bon fires Dominican Style dinners, or fancy cocktail hours with passed hors d’oeuvres.
We’ll help you adjust the plans to suit to your tastes, preferences, and budget.

You’re served a full breakfast menu with a delightful array of choices including Belgian Waffles, fruit pancakes and fantastic Eggs Benedict. Additionally we have eggs any style, seasonal fruit, fresh baked Banana bread, juices, coffee and tea. |

Farm to Table |
The best of the local markets (including our organic garden) provides you with an eco friendly experience at the table. From delicious pasta pesto to citrus marinated grilled chicken. |

The Cornucopia |
A wider variety of selections will be offered including a nightly antipasti buffet filled with beautiful salads and vegetables. Argentinean beef, local seafood and house made desserts (our chef was once the pastry Chef in San Francisco). |

Tasting Menu |
These meals will include 5 to 7 courses of beautifully plated dishes, the best selections the Island has to offer along with imported delicacies. |

Children under 12 receive a discount on all meal plan options. For finicky kids we can substitute kid foods such as macaroni and cheese, chicken fingers, etc… *Snacks and treats are not available for this discount |

Beverage Plan Options | ||

All-Inclusive Bar Plan |
Plan includes sodas, bottled water, juices, Dominican beer, Brugal rum, gin, tequila, vodka, and mixers. Wine & premium liquors can be purchased at an additional cost. Plan is only offered on a group basis and must be for the entire trip. |

Non-Alcohol Plan |
Plan includes sodas, bottled water, juices and mixers for non-alcohol daiquiri’s and Pina Coladas. Plan is only offered on a group basis and must be for the entire trip. |

By the Bottle Plan |
At Flor de Cabrera you can pre-order your favorite beverages and avoid the tax and service fees. If your group prefers to purchase alcohol on its own a corkage fee of $50 a day is charged. For a full list of what’s available please email Dan@flordecabrera.com |
